When signing up as a client of REKOOP FLEX, you agree to the terms and conditions.

General Terms

  1. As a new client, we kindly request that you arrive 10 minutes prior to your scheduled session time, while existing clients should aim to arrive at least 5 minutes early. Please note that we cannot extend session times or bookings to accommodate late arrivals, so please plan accordingly. When you arrive, please check in with our friendly Educator Team.
  2. REKOOP FLEX may change prices or services offered without prior notice. While we strive to provide the most up-to-date information, please be aware that some details may be subject to change.
  3. REKOOP FLEX and our affiliated practitioners do not claim that any services offered at our facility should replace medical advice or treatment from a qualified medical professional. If you have any medical conditions that may impact your experience at REKOOP FLEX, please let us know when you book your session. We reserve the right to decline treatment if we believe it may be unsafe or unsuitable for you.
  4. Clients understand and acknowledge that they use our facility and engage in our treatments at their own risk. REKOOP FLEX will not be held responsible for any damages, injury, or loss of life that occurs at or as a result of using our facility. We appreciate your cooperation and look forward to providing you with an exceptional experience at REKOOP FLEX.

Cancellation Policy

  1. Please give us as much notice as possible if you need to cancel or reschedule your booking.
  2. We understand that sometimes unforeseen circumstances can arise, and plans change. If you need to cancel your appointment, please provide us with at least 24 hours notice so that we may offer your time slot to other clients. If you must cancel with less than 24 hours notice, a cancellation fee of 50% of the appointment fee will be charged. In the event that you cancel with less than 12 hours notice or do not show up for your scheduled appointment, the full appointment fee will be charged.
  3. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in helping us to provide the best service possible to all of our clients.

REKOOP FLEX Packages

  1. All of our Packages have an expiry date, these are detailed below:

Starter (3 Pack)

2 Months

Standard (5 Pack)

3 Months

Seasoned (10 Pack)

6 Months

  1. REKOOP FLEX does not offer refunds, transfers, suspensions, or extensions on 3, 5 and 10 packs for change of mind, injury, illness or any other reason. We may consider on a case by case basis.
  2. Any non-cancellations, no shows will result in forfeiting that visit.

Gift Cards

  1. Gift cards may be purchased online or in the studio. Gift cards are not redeemable for cash. Gift cards are not transferable.
  2. REKOOP FLEX does not offer refunds, transfers, suspensions or extensions on Gift Cards for change of mind, injury, illness or any other reason. All purchases are final. We accept no responsibility if a card is lost, stolen, destroyed, or used without your permission.

Liquid Hours

  1. The Liquid Hours (Off Peak) Unlimited Membership (“Membership”) entitles the user to unlimited use of the infrared saunas, the ice baths, the float tank, or the use of the sauna and the ice baths together; and unlimited access to Classes.

  2. The user is also entitled to one Hyperbaric session every week with a maximum of 4 Hyperbaric sessions each calendar month. Additional bookings of Hyperbaric Sessions will be chargeable at the regular rate.

  3. This membership is billed every 2 weeks, with cancellation requests permitted only after the first 4 weeks.

  4. This membership can be put on hold for up to 4 weeks at a time and will incur a $10 admin fee for each request to hold.

  5. The membership needs to be paid with a valid credit card on file.

  6. Last minute cancellations and no-shows will be charged as per our regular cancellation policy and according to the regular rate of each session:

    Less than 24 hours notice, a cancellation fee of 50% of the appointment fee will be charged. In the event that you cancel with less than 12 hours notice or do not show up for your scheduled appointment, the full appointment fee will be charged.

  7. To terminate this membership, the holder needs to notify REKOOP FLEX via email of their wishes to terminate. The membership will then terminate 30 days from the receipt of the written notice.

  8. The Membership is non transferrable and passes are not shareable.
